Meet the Baker behind SBC!
Nica Kelly, founder of SBC, started baking at age 2, along side her mamma.
Over the years, Nica has continued to experiment with new flavors and recipes, practicing to perfection. When she's not whipping up new recipes in the kitchen, Nica enjoys spending her time competitive swimming, water coloring, and musical theater.
"When I was recovering from having my wisdom teeth out in 2026, I did a lot of sitting around. I thought about what I could do with my baking skills, so I made a flyer for my new bakery idea and emailed it to my friends and family.
