Q: Can I order something not listed on your menu?
A: Yes! If you’d like to order something you don’t see on our menu, email nicakelly00@gmail.com with the requested item before you fill out the  form.

 

Q: How far in advance should I place an order?
A: At least 4 business days in advance is ideal, but you can place an order up to 2 months ahead. If you’re ordering a tiered cake or more than 4 dozen treats, please place your order at least 10 days in advance.

 

Q: After placing an order, can I adjust it?
A: You can make changes up to 48 hours before pickup, but the sooner you let us know, the better.

 

Q: Are your products made daily?
A: Yes. We choose the freshest ingredients when your order is placed and make everything as close to your pickup date as possible to keep it fresh.

 

Q: Can I order something gluten-free, vegan, etc.?
A: You can request gluten-free, vegan, and other options. However, our baked goods are made in a facility that also processes gluten, nuts, animal products, and more.
